MANUFACTURING METHOD

Letters and logos are cut from colored sheets of acrylic with a laser offering great precision.
A sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet.
High pressure injection of the plastic into a mold which shapes the polymer into the desired shape.
